Land utilization report for heavily forested residential property within 30-mile range of midtown Manhattan at headwaters of Passaic River. The study uncovers the property's history as former fragment of farm estate occupied by the Continental Army's 1779 and 1782 winter camp and tail-race portion of an early nineteenth century saw, woodturning, and grist mill.
